My latest commission a sculpture designed and created for a landscaping company.
The sculpture was created was for a housing project called Barnwood that had Owls roosting near by. The owl is made from metal using my usual techniques and finished with a rust surface. The plinth really sets it off, just a little different being inverted triangle with the Owl perched on one end. The plinth is made from Oak supplied by my local sawmill and was great to work with, it’s nice to work with different materials now and then.
I really enjoy the process of working on, and developing ideas with garden / landscape designers and it’s always great to have your work displayed in a stunning garden.
