Today we visited a local wood with the chap that manages and coppices the wood for the owner. We hand picked lots of very interesting old tree stumps and pieces of knarled old wood that will make excellent bases for our sculptures allowing them to be displayed both inside and on the patio.

We are looking forward to our first event, exhibiting our sculptures as part of Jan Guests ‘Crafts for Christmas’ which is being held next Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 29th, 30th and the 1st December. We are busy working out how to display our pieces, making labels and 101 other things.
