Our Garden Sculptures & Garden Art

We have always wanted to have sculptures in our own garden, had ideas of our own and finally decided to develop some of those ideas and create our own pieces. Pieces are curvaceous, charmingly simple, almost two dimensional, which probably reflects Simon’s training as a graphic designer and photographer and his beliefs in the ‘less is more’ approach.

Our current sculpture work has evolved after many initial sketches and using illustration techniques learnt during his time as a graphic designer, Simon create’s the final designs which are then cut from sheets of mild steel using the latest laser cutting technology.

Most of our garden sculpture is allowed to rust naturally. We love the rich warm hues of the rust patina that forms during the rusting process and seeing it evolve with time. One or two of our clients have requested a more contemporary finish and for this we have had piece’s powder coated with a chrome finish.

Our garden sculptures vary in size. We think our deer and larger Cow Parsley sculptures are at their best displayed in groups in a lawn setting where as our smaller seedheads and Deer could be incorporated as part of a planting scheme.

To view our work please take a look at our online sculpture gallery or if you would like to take a closer look at some of our work, why not visit one of our exhibtions. If you can’t make it to an exhibition, please do get in touch, we always have a selection of our sculpture on show at our workshops near Chichester, West Sussex.
